Cancel any time

You can cancel your plan whenever you like. You keep paid features until the end of the month or year you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

• New subscriptions: ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Renewals: ask within 7 days of a renewal charge if you forgot to cancel, and we'll refund it.
• Charged by mistake or twice? We'll always refund the extra charge.

How to ask

Contact us or leave a message with our AI Receptionist, including the email you signed up with. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
