1. The service

CardConnect™ Digital turns a paper business card into a digital card with a QR code that others can scan to save your contact details.

2. Your account and content

• You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
• Only add cards and details you have the right to share.
• You are responsible for keeping your details accurate and your sign-in safe.

3. Paid plans

Some features need a paid plan. Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Prices may change; we'll tell you before a change affects you. See our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the app for spam, fraud, impersonation, or anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Trademark

CardConnect™ and the CardConnect™ Digital name and logo belong to Digital Website Development and Design.

6. Limits of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as missed business, arising from its use.

7. Governing law and contact
